Description of the plant:
Masterwort is an elegant perennial with 40-50 cm long stems with purple-pink flowers. They come out from the end of spring until mid-summer. Deadheading will prevent from self-seeding. Palmate leaves are 5-lobed, mid-green, and attractive. It likes moist and humus rich soil but once established it will tolerate summer drought. Fully hardy to about -34°C (USDA zone 4).
