Description of the plant:
„Crispa“ is a dwarf brother of „Cristata“ golden male fern. It has upright fronds of leaves where each leaflet is slightly curled making a frilled appearance. It forms a very rich bunch of bright green new leaves every year. Ultimate height is about 25-30 cm. The plant is fully hardy to about -30°C and the leaves show no damage down to approximately -10°C. Male ferns from this group (dryopteris affinis) are more sun and wind tolerant than other ferns. Cut off all last-year’s leaves in the spring to encourage new growths. QUICK PRICE OVERVIEW
