Description of the plant:
“Kissproof” has a challenging name, doesn’t it? You just want to try whether it really is kiss-proof. Well, I suggest you’d rather smell it than kiss it. It has a lovely perfume. The colour is rich reddish-purple with elegant, white margins. Each flower is a little different.It belongs to oriental hybrids with an almost flat flower when fully opened. It can get quite tall – about 1.5m when mature. Lilies are easy, maintenance-free tuberous perennials that do best when left grown without taking out. They need fertile, slightly acidic soil, always moist, even in winter. Plant the bulbs at a depth of 2-3 times their height. Check for pests after the leaves have emerged. Fully hardy.
