Description of the plant:
Acrocona is a beauty among Norway spruces. It is a smaller variety with picturesque cones at the tips of the branches. They are small, rich raspberry red and appear from May. Later they turn brown as they mature. Needles are medium short, deep green, and prickly. The habit is somewhat narrowly conical, however, specimens vary with size and ration between height and width as well as shape. Usually it is as wide as tall, but there are plants that remained very narrow until maturity.
Norway spruce will grow in any, reasonably drained soil in full sun or part shade. Avoid extremes of dry or wet ground. Hardy to about -40°C (USDA zone 3).

- STANDARD (as described in the plant form) means a tree with a trunk of 190-210 cm and a crown at the top, unless specified differently. The commercial size for trees is their girth measured in the height of 1m from ground.
- HOBBY - These plants are of the same quality as our standard-quality plants but younger and therefore cheaper.
- SHRUB - a woody plant with branches growing bushy from the ground level.
