Description of the plant:
MARY ANN® is a gorgeous hybrid tea rose by Rosen Tantau from Germany, bred by Hans Jürgen Evers (1940-2007). It produces fully double, sweetly scented, large flowers combining salmon pink and pale apricot orange colour. They come out in flushes from June until October on the background of deep green, glossy, and healthy foliage. It forms a compact, upright shrub 60-70 cm tall, under ideal conditions reaches up to one meter tall. In good soil leaves are usually trouble free and need no treatment against common rose diseases. It was introduced in Germany in 2010 and patented in Europe as 31786 in 2012.

Planting instructions: Prepare a hole of size 30x30 cm. Put your rose in the way that the grafting point is 3 cm deep in the soil. Water well and cover new shoots with soil or bark mulch about 15 cm high. Roses tolerate a wide range of soils but thrive in deep, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil, in full sun.

Pruning: Cut the branches in halves in autumn and prune hard to 3-5 live buds in spring after danger of frosts.
