Description of the plant:
Marjorie is a weigela with white and light pink flowers. They are funnel-shaped, 2-3 cm long, slightly scented. They appear from end spring until early summer and may repeat in late summer again. Deciduous leaves are ovate, mid green. Weigelas thrive in semi-fertile, slightly moist soil, preferably in full sun. They can take heavy and compacted soil, too, but will need more time to grow nice. Pruning: remove flowering branches right after flowering in early summer. Hardy to about -29°C (USDA zone 5) but not suitable for outdoor pots.
