Description of the plant:
Roxy® is a miniature rose from Kordes Lilliputs® collection which comprises of small and healthy, repeat flowering roses. Roxy® produces abundance of small, fully double, only about 4 cm across flowers of the deepest purple pink colour with no fragrance. Leaves are almost entirely disease-free, deep green and glossy, and even though they are deciduous, in mild winters they remain on the plant and quite nice until the first serious frosts, often until Christmas when the plant is still decorated with some unopened pink buds. The twigs are rather thin and tend to create an arching shrub once they have grown too tall and heavy with multiple trusses of buds and flowers.

Planting instructions: Prepare a hole of size 30x30 cm. Put your rose in the way that the grafting point is 3 cm deep in the soil. Water well and cover new shoots with soil or bark mulch about 15 cm high. Roses tolerate wide range of soils but thrive in deep, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil, in full sun.

Pruning: These roses needn’t be pruned. What you can do though is deadhead stems with spent flowers above the first leaf with 5 leaflets. You can trim the shrub in early spring.
