Thuja occidentalis 'Mr BOWLING BALL' dwarf white cedar, arborvitae

It grows rather slowly and looks like cryptomeria Globosa Nana, however, Mr.Bowling Ball is much hardier and can therefore be used for growing in outdoor pots. Its spherical shape is natural but for a clean ball shape we suggest trimming it regularly either in early spring or in midsummer.
It is soil tolerant but dislikes boggy locations and long-standing water, as well as long-lasting drought. Just keep the soil moist after planting by mulching, and you will get a fantastic plant. Hardy to about -40°C (USDA zone 3).
